It is something bigger. You have to prepare your mind, your brain, your body and something you may not have thought about, your feelings.

I'm sure that throughout your time in your school o institute have taught you study techniques. Well, now is the time to choose those techniques that best suit your way of doing things. learning. Each person has an easier time assimilating knowledge depending on the technique used, so before you start studying a subject think about the best way to learn it for you.

It is also very important to ask for help. You don't have to prepare just one subjectIf they are the ones that are more difficult for you to pass, make a list of people who can help you (parents, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, academies, counsellors, cousins...).

Now comes the part that very few people pay attention to and which is key: Body, Mind and Feelings. If your body is not balanced you will not be in your optimal conditions of performance. It's as simple as: Eat well, preferably a Mediterranean diet full of vitamins and seeds that give you the best possible nutrition. energy. Sleep well: if you disturb your sleep rhythm just before the EBAU, you won't be making it easy for your level of concentration and retention of contents. Mind: Breathe, meditate and take small chunks of time to practice. exercise and do what makes you feel good about yourself. And lastly, don't forget that your feelings should be without ups and downs, so toxic people and bad habits in your relationships, super forbidden always, even more so in this home stretch.

What if the EBAU does not go well?

If you have prepared well, you will do well. Nowadays there is a wide range of courses on offer, both Public universities as Private universities So relax, you're sure to find your perfect choice.

In addition, some PowersThe Open Faculty University Centre, like the one we have at The Open Faculty University Centre, allows you to make a real difference in your own life.eservation of studies so that when you have your EBAU mark you can go through the pre-enrolment and enrolment process without stress. Sometimes, it can also be worrying to search for halls of residence, halls of residence or student flats which brings with it added stress.
