font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">more than 250 employees, must prove that they have drawn up and implemented an equality plan, in accordance with the established requirements.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">in Organic Law 3\/2007, of 22 March, for the Effective Equality of Men and Women.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Environmental considerations - The Contractor is obliged to comply with the applicable regulations and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">those enacted during the execution of the contract in the field of sustainability and environmental protection, and as far as&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">regulated in RDL 1\/2016 of 16 December 2016 approving the Consolidated Text of the Law on the prevention and control&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">and other complementary legislation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submission of the contractor to data protection regulations - In contracts the performance of which involves the transfer of data&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">The contractor shall be obliged to comply with the national and European Union regulations, as well as with the data provided by the University of Murcia.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">EU data protection legislation, which, for the purposes of non-compliance and penalties, shall be considered as an obligation.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;
