These processes will always be guided by the fifth pillar of our school policies, which is particularly concerned with «democratic values, universal accessibility, gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)». In this way, the following conditions will be generally considered:

• Social considerations - The contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions in force and those to be enacted during the execution of the contract in the field of universal accessibility, and in particular as provided for in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 of 29 November 2013, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the General Law of rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion.
